The ambition is to put digital technology at the service of this expression. A tool designed to support associations and trade-union movements and make their mobilization easier to understand.

FUTURE TOOLS UNDER CONSIDERATION
From speaking out
to civic initiative.
The ambition goes beyond a space for expression. The project aims to bring together tools to listen, gather support, carry requests and follow their progress. These features are part of the roadmap; they are not yet available.
Consult the public on major issues.
Organize consultations around issues that shape common life: public services, the environment, working conditions, education or societal choices. Allow participants to express their priorities and discover emerging viewpoints.
The aim is to make results easy to read, with the context of the question, the consultation period and the number of participants. An open consultation reflects the responses of its participants; its representativeness must be stated explicitly.
Connect countries to support movements.
Create links between citizens, associations and trade-union movements in different countries. Give a local mobilization the opportunity to be understood, relayed and supported beyond its territory.
Share causes, circulate experiences and make international solidarity visible: the same concern can resonate in several countries while retaining its local context.
Carry petitions and collective requests.
Consider tools to formulate a precise request, identify its recipient, gather support and follow the stages of the initiative. Provide a common reference point for people who want to act together.
From launching a petition to following a response, the ambition is to give continuity to engagement and make subsequent action visible.
Express a citizen request for recall.
Explore a space where citizens can formulate and support a request to recall an elected mandate, with explicit reasons, an identified recipient and accessible information for participants.
This avenue reflects an ambition for democratic participation and accountability. The proposed tool would be used to carry a request; it would not be presented as automatically triggering a recall. Its rules would need to be defined according to the countries concerned.

Discover a cause, understand what it asks for, choose to support it and then follow its progress: that is the journey we want to build. The app would aim to bring together engaged people, collectives and audiences who want to stay informed.

Allow everyone to respond to a consultation, support a cause or contribute to a collective initiative according to their own convictions.
Visible follow-up.
Make completed steps, received responses and movements’ next planned actions visible.
